Absolutely no refunds will be given. Only store credit could be issued for eligible items.
Items must be sent back to Bella Moda Boutique within 7 days of the customer having received the package. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all tags attached. Please include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Bella Moda Boutique diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Bella Moda Boutique. Shipping fees are not refundable.

We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we’ve received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 7-10 business days to process your store credit. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you’ll be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email.
All items found in the Sale category are final sale. Due to the safety of our customers and for hygenic purposes all of our accessories, swimwear, and bodysuits are non-returnable items as well. Thank you for your understanding.
